The terms, plainly stated.

Payment
50% retainer on signature, 50% on delivery of the agreed deliverables. Consulting hours are paid up front and invoiced monthly in arrears.
Gate clause
Larger multi-phase programmes only proceed after a successful first sprint — a proof for both sides.
Our guarantee
If we don't deliver the deliverables we agreed in writing, you don't pay the completion balance — and we refund half your retainer. You're never out more than 25% of the project, and you keep every artifact we produced along the way. (Applies to Scout and Proof.)
IP
You own everything we hand over. The replication pack is yours to use and extend.
